On October 27, Herons Executive Chef Steven Devereaux Green will host friend and colleague Chef de Cuisine David Breeden of The French Laundry for a fundraiser dinner benefitting the Ment’or Foundation, first established by Chefs Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, and Jérôme Bocuse.

The goal of this collaboration dinner is to align with Ment’or in raising funds for deserving young American culinarians and provide them with various opportunities and support in becoming the industry’s future leaders. Through the generosity of various individuals and businesses, the Herons team is adding an exciting online auction that includes exceptional dining and hotel stays at a variety of luxury properties, spectacular winery visits, The Umstead’s exclusive Iittala Siberian Jay, along with several remarkable bottle selections.
