The William Joseph Crisis Nursery is a new Frankfort, Kentucky, organization founded to provide a safe haven for children during times of family crisis. The nonprofit offers emergency shelter services for children, primarily ages newborn through five, to help prevent child abuse and neglect. It is the first of its kind in Kentucky.
