Achieving Their Goals

From finishing high school to obtaining their HiSET, in just a few short months our Residents have achieved many of their goals. We continue to be amazed by their resilience and determination and are excited to see what their futures hold.

Engaging the Community

In our first 12 months we have garnered support from nearly 400 community members. We have established our community Advisory Board and our Board of Directors has grown. Community partners have provided housing and physical and mental health care to our Residents – ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Looking to the Future

With your support, we will expand our housing services in 2024, ensuring that no young person has to face the darkness of homelessness without a glimmer of hope. Your donation, no matter the size, will ensure our Residents are equipped with the tools they need to overcome adversity, break free from the cycle of homelessness, and achieve their goals.

The mission of Opportunity House is to create a St. Louis where all young people have access to safe and stable housing. Through culturally fluent, social justice-oriented housing and support services, Opportunity House creates a safe and compassionate environment that honors the identities and dignity of all individuals. This creates the safety and security necessary for healing, learning, and life-long stability and success.
