The Tournament:

The Clarke County Education Foundation's Fore the Kids Golf Scramble is a fun and competitive four person scramble held each fall to raise critical funds in support of Clarke County Public Schools (CCPS). Proceeds from the event help the Foundation provide classroom grants, student scholarships, and innovative learning opportunities for CCPS teachers and students.

Registration includes greens fees, cart usage, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and two complimentary drink tickets that may be redeemed for domestic alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages. Additional beverages will be available for purchase using drink tickets.

For the second year in a row, the tournament will conclude with an exciting Sudden Death Championship Playoff on Hole #1 Red, where the top two teams will face off in a sudden death showdown, perfectly viewable from the lunch patio. Fellow golfers are encouraged to ride along, watch, and cheer as the finalists compete for ultimate bragging rights.

About us:

The CCEF was founded 33 years ago by a group of Clarke County Parents and citizens who wanted to help our schools.

Today, the CCEF works toward the same goal. The Clarke County Education Foundation (CCEF), a non-profit organization with a current board of 13 members and a part-time executive director, is dedicated to providing private support to the Clarke County Public Schools to enhance its tax-supported programs.

Founded in 1991, the CCEF has provided more than $3.9 million in student scholarships, teacher grants, system demonstration grants, and donor-defined projects through a combination of fund-raising and endowment income since its inception.
