Friday night, August 14th – The Camden Centre in Milan, Illinois
Join us for a catered BBQ Welcome Dinner! The mixer starting at 5:30 and dinner at 6:30. Attendance isn't required for registered shooters, but it's included in your ticket price - so please come! It’s a chance to share fellowship with a great crowd of supporters…while enjoying outstanding food and drink. There will also be a silent auction and a variety of games and raffles to participate with prizes. Following dinner, a live auction will be held from 7:00-8:30pm. As in the past, there will be a professional auctioneer that will offer up firearms, trips, collectibles, framed art and one-of-a-kind items for shooters and/or families!

Bringing a guest to Friday night's dinner? Be sure to purchase a Friday Night Dinner Ticket so we can get them added to the final count.

Friday's Schedule:

5:30 pm: Doors Open
6:00 pm: Reception & Silent Auction
6:30 pm: Dinner; Games Close and Program Begins
7:00 pm: Live Auction & Game Winners Announced

Saturday, August 15th at the Bi-State Sportsman’s Club in Colona, Illinois
Each team (4 shooters) will be challenged in a 100-target Sporting Clays competition. We will be having one flight in the morning and one beginning after lunch. There will be prizes for our top teams for both the morning and afternoon!

Saturday's Schedule:

8:00 am - 9:00 am: Morning Flight Check In and Safety Review
8:30 am: Welcome & Event Information
9:00 am: Morning Flight Teams Shoot
11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Lunch, Morning Flight Prizes, and 3-Gun Raffle Winner Announced
1:00 pm: Afternoon Flight Check In and Safety Review
1:10 pm - 3:30 pm: Afternoon Flight Teams Shoot
4:00 pm: Afternoon Flight Prizes
