More than an event, Kind in the Vines is an opportunity for our community to come together in a meaningful way — supporting dignity, health, and access to basic hygiene essentials for local families.

Today, more than one-third of families struggle to afford basic hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, and period products — items not covered by government assistance, yet essential to daily life, confidence, and health.

As North Carolina’s only hygiene hub, The Kindness Closet works alongside schools, clinics, shelters, and community organizations to distribute hygiene products where they are needed most.
