Courage Becomes Legacy: Support the Tennessee Pride in Business Awards

The Tennessee Pride Chamber’s Pride in Business Awards is more than a gala, it is a celebration of courage, legacy, and the power of community to create change.

Each year, this unforgettable evening honors the LGBTQ+ leaders, businesses, and allies who are building a stronger, more inclusive Tennessee through visibility, leadership, and impact. But beyond the awards, the Tennessee Pride in Business Awards Gala serves an even greater purpose: it fuels the mission of the Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation and helps ensure that pride, opportunity, and economic empowerment remain accessible across our state.

Because the truth is this: progress doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because people choose to show up.

At a time when LGBTQ+ communities and organizations across Tennessee are facing increased challenges and declining support, your gift makes a direct and meaningful difference. Your generosity helps fund:

Community Pride Grants supporting Pride festivals across Tennessee, especially in rural and underserved communities
Pride in Education Scholarships helping LGBTQ+ students and future leaders access opportunity
Community education and professional development programs that strengthen LGBTQ+ businesses, leaders, and allies statewide

This work is about more than one night. It’s about making sure that Pride is not only celebrated but sustained.

When you support the Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation, you become part of that legacy. You help ensure that future generations inherit a Tennessee where LGBTQ+ people can live openly, lead boldly, build businesses, access opportunity, and thrive.

Tonight, we celebrate those who carried Pride forward with courage. Now, we invite you to help carry it forward, too. Because legacy is not something we inherit alone, it is something we choose to build, together.
