Now in its fourth year, the Twelve-by-Twelve Fiber Show celebrates the extraordinary creativity, generosity, and resilience of Local Cloth’s fiber artists. Each piece in this annual exhibit fits within a twelve-inch square—small in size, yet rich in texture, color, and story.

This year’s show features 43 unique pieces of fiber artwork, creating our biggest show yet!

We begin the festivities with an opening reception on Thursday, August 20 at 5:30pm in the Local Cloth Studio. In addition to celebrating the pieces and the artists behind them, we'll announce the winners of this year's awards: Best in Show and Best Entry by a New Member or First-time Exhibitor. We'll also start the voting for People's Choice Award, which will will be announced at the close of the exhibit — giving us one final celebratory moment at the end of the show.

Of the 43 unique pieces, 31 have been donated by the artists and will be available for sale by auction beginning at 5:30pm on August 20 through 11:45pm on September 30.

You can bid from anywhere—join us in person for the opening reception or participate online from afar. You don’t have to be present to win, and we’re happy to arrange shipping for any pieces you purchase (see details in item listing).

All proceeds support Local Cloth’s ongoing work to grow and sustain our vibrant local fiber community through education, collaboration, and creative opportunity. It’s a wonderful way to collect a piece of local art while directly supporting both the artists and the organization that help keep our fiber traditions alive and thriving.
