Founded in 2019 by 2025 Pro Bowl Linebacker Zaire Franklin, Shelice's Angels is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young women transform their interests into meaningful action. Our mission is to inspire and unlock the potential of the communities we serve by empowering the next generation of leaders through education, mentorship, and resources.

🎓 30 Youth Educated Through Our Business Academy

Our two-day Business Academy connected 30 Philadelphia-area teens with local entrepreneurs—including restaurateurs, event planners, and small business owners. Students learned about business operations, leadership, and teamwork, and toured Rita’s Italian Ice Headquarters for an inside look at marketing and strategy.

🏈 127 Young Female Athletes Empowered Through Our First All-Female Flag Jamboree

We hosted our first-ever All-Female Flag Jamboree in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, welcoming 127 young athletes for a day focused on skill-building, teamwork, and confidence. NFL stars Zaire Franklin (Indianapolis Colts) and DeVonta Smith (Philadelphia Eagles) joined to mentor and inspire the next generation.

🍽️ Campaign Spotlight: Tackle for Hunger

In 2025, our Tackle for Hunger Campaign raised over $15,000 to support the Midwest Food Bank of America.
For every tackle made by Zaire Franklin, $44 was donated, and Coca-Cola Consolidated matched each contribution—doubling the impact.

Together, we showed how sports and community can team up to fight hunger.
