24 Hours of Heroes is a 24-hour community fitness event that will raise support and awareness for Alexandra House - a critical organization in Minnesota that provides domestic, sexual and relationship services to women, men, youth and families.

This event revolves around community, participation, support, teamwork, and health.

With our local and gym communities, our goal is to register 100 athletes for the event and raise $50,000 through sponsorship, donations, and a silent auction.

Established in 1976, Alexandra House is a critical organization based in Blaine, MN that empowers victims of domestic and sexual violence and inspires social change through education, support, and advocacy.

Alexandra House provides safety and support to our community with legal advocacy, support services, violence prevention programming, elder abuse services, and community education and training.

Alexandra House exists because:

1 in 3 women Minnesotan women will experience sexual or domestic violence in their lifetime.
1 in 15 children are exposed to intimate partner violence each year; 90% of them are eyewitnesses
1 in 7 women and 1 in 18 men have been stalked by an intimate partner in their lifetime
1 in 4 will experience sexual violence.
