Why Your Support Keeps the Spotlight Shining 🎭✨

Our free theatre program is part of Edmonds Heights K-12 public school in Edmonds, WA, that serves as an ALE parent-partnership program for families, many of whom have chosen this model of education to support the specific needs of their neuro-diverse students. Our families come from all over the greater Seattle metro area and represent a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures, and income levels. EHPA also serves middle and high school students in the Edmonds School District as an after-school theatre program.

EHPA puts on several shows each semester — our 2025-2026 season includes over ten different productions including six musicals! Our program is volunteer-driven, 100% self-funded, and serves over 150 students. There are several levels of theatre classes supporting children and youth from kindergarten through 12th grade, including musical theatre, one-act plays, improv, stage makeup, costuming, and technical theatre.

The EHPA Gala and Silent Auction is a celebration of the school theatre year that includes performances, awards, food, a silent auction, and lots of fun! This annual end-of-season event hosts over 250 attendees who relive some of the brightest theatre moments of the year while raising funds for future productions. Within the "red carpet" theme, attendees have the option of dressing up in their glamorous best to watch our young performers sing favorite numbers from each of the season's musicals, nosh on delicious finger foods, and come together in community.

The silent auction is one of our top fundraising efforts and is very popular among the students and their families. Those who are unable to attend the event in person still have the chance to bid in the auction online, which gives friends, family, and community members from near and far the opportunity to support their beloved thespians and join in on the fun.

100% of the proceeds from this event go directly to the EHPA theatre program!

Edmonds Heights Performing Arts operates under the Edmonds Heights K-12 PTSO, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 47-5302513). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt can be provided upon request.
