What time should I arrive to check in to play?
Check in no sooner than 45 minutes before shotgun time. Shotgun times will start promptly! Please dress in golf attire..no jeans or tank tops!
How do I make sure I'm assigned to play with certain Golfers?
You can be sure that you are playing with certain players by buying all the shotgun tickets under one purchase. Take note it will ask you each player's email & phone contact information . All tickets bought under same Team Captain name will play together. Up to four tickets per Team Captain Name.
How do I choose a Golf Partner?
When you purchase tickets it will ask your partner’s name for Partner Golf contests. Only one partner per player. If you decide after purchase, kindly let us know by email to info@g6pdDF.org Subject:GOLF PARTNER before 8-20-2025. After that date, You will automatically be assigned a partner if you do not have one.
What does 6 clubs mean?
Each player can only bring to the course 5 clubs of your choice & a putter! Remember this is a 9 hole Par3 contest. There will be fun challenges along the course to win more raffle tickets for the Celebration. Call the golf course for Hole distances if not familiar with the course. 631-669-2340.
Are there golf carts available?
This 9 hole Par3 golf course is WALK ONLY! There are few handcarts available to rent on a first come first serve basis.
Is the Driving Range Contest at Sumpwams Golf Course?
No! It will be held at the newly renovated driving range at Santapogue Creek County Golf Course (Bergen Point ) 69 Bergen Ave West Babylon, NY 11704. Minutes away from both Sumpwams golf course and Lily's Flanagan Celebration! It starts at 10am & ends 2PM and the contest is also open to the public!
What is Early Bird Raffle?
The deadline for purchasing shotgun Admit Tickets is Monday 8/20/26. If you buy your tickets by the 7/10/2026 you will automatically be entered into the Early Bird Raffle. Each Admit purchase will count as one EB Raffle ticket. You must be present to be a winner.
Is the G64Health Celebration at the Golf Course?
No! It will be held at down the road from the course at Lily Flanagan's Pub, 345 Deer Park Ave, Babylon, NY 11702. Doors open 2:30PM
What do I do between the time of the shotgun game and the G64Health Celebration gathering?
Doors open for the G64Health Celebration 2:30PM. After finishing the 8:30am & 10:30am shotguns, golfers should participate and go to the Driving Range Contests at Santapogue Creek Golf Course. The 12:30 shotgun players must participate the Driving Range Contests before their shotgun registration time. Kindly leave the Sumpwams golf course upon completion of the shotgun to ease the parking spaces for the other shotguns. You can park your car at Lily's at Babylon for the day. and visit beautiful Babylon Village.
Does my purchases count as a donation Tax write-off?
g6pd Deficiency Foundation is a 501-C3 nonprofit organization. The percentage of your purchase is a donation by what is lawfully allowed. Best to ask your accountant.
