Parking

Street parking is available and FORT: LA has secured a limited number of vouchers for the areas that are restricted. You can receive one of these at our check-in table.

Accessibility

The Bollman House is not ADA accessible, and requires walking up short flights of stairs.

Party Procedure

Single ticket buyers at the $150 level will receive access for “one trip” through the interior of the house. Upgraded ticket buyers will receive a wristband allowing for access to the house and the upstairs poker room. Upgrades are available at the event.

Poker (Upgraded Ticketholders)

The poker games will be conducted at the discretion of the dealer. Some rounds will be educational—geared toward learning strategy, rules, and play styles—while others may be more competitive, depending on the mix of participants in the room. Please note that we cannot guarantee which type of game will be in progress when you arrive, but the dealer is well prepared to facilitate both formats. Importantly, there will be no cash exchange and no cash prizes at the poker tables. The intent of these games is purely for fun, friendly competition, and a shared appreciation of the game itself, in keeping with the convivial and educational spirit of the evening.

Food and Drink

Light appetizers will be provided with an open bar featuring specialty cocktails.

Release

I wish to participate in the above-described activity. I understand that I do so at my own risk. In exchange for being permitted to participate in the Activity, I hereby release the Owners of Bollman House and FORT: LA, and all employees, officers, agents, representatives and volunteers of the foregoing (all collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from liability for and hereby waive any and all claims for any loss, damage, injuries to person or property, death, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses and any other liability of any kind, or of to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my participation in or attendance at the activity.

I further agree to hold harmless, indemnify and reimburse the Released Parties from and for any sums, costs, or expenses incurred by any of the Released Parties or paid by them to any person (including me or my insurers) in connection with any accident loss, damage, injury to person or property, or death sustained by me or others in connection with my attendance at or participation in the Activity. This means that I will reimburse the Released Parties if anyone makes a claim against them based on damages or injuries to person or property I may suffer or cause.

My attendance at the event constitutes my agreement to this release and hold harmless agreement.
