San Francisco Giants outfielder Joc Pederson and his brother, Champ, are auctioning off a collection of items to raise money for the renovation of Palo Alto Little League’s Middlefield ballpark to support the Challenger Program. This includes ramps to access the field, remodeling the clubhouse to include handicapped bathrooms and access to the clubhouse.

100% of the proceeds from the auction will go directly to the Challenger Program, which provides opportunities for children with physical and intellectual challenges to play baseball. Palo Alto Little League's goal is to raise a $2.5M with the Peery family matching $2.5M.

This fundraiser runs through Wednesday, July 25th and features a variety of items, including:

6 Tickets for Saturday, July 29 @ 4:15 vs the Red Sox. Six tickets (2 chaperones and 4 players), passes to watch batting practice on the field, Joc and Champ will meet you on field for pictures. Chaperones will take the pictures and if they want to blow them up we will try to get them autographed.

"We're excited to auction off these items to support the Challenger Program," said Joc Pederson. "It's a great program that gives kids with disabilities the chance to play baseball and have fun."

The Challenger Program is a division of Little League that provides opportunities for children with physical and intellectual challenges to participate in baseball, who aren’t comfortable participating in Little League’s traditional divisions. The program is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, and it provides a safe and fun environment for all players.
