Rotary Club of Sisters and Citizens4Community (C4C) are thrilled to present our first-ever Sisters 4th Fest commemorative painting and poster! Painted by Sisters High School's very own Olive Morris, "Red, Pine & Blue" is a tribute to the civic pride, family-friendly fun, and beautiful surroundings that are at the heart of Sisters 4th Fest.

Olive's original painting is being auctioned off to raise funds for the Sisters High School Art Department. 100% of the hammer price will go toward supporting aspiring youth artists in our community through exposure to diverse media like drawing, painting, ceramics, jewelry making, and 3D design.

"Red, Pine, and Blue" is currently on display at Makin' It Local. It will travel to Village Green for Sisters 4th Fest, where it will be on display at the Explore Sisters booth. The silent auction will conclude at noon on July 4th.

Commemorative print posters are also available for sale for $10 at Makin' It Local. Sales will also be offered on-site at Sisters 4th Fest.

About the artist

Olive Morris is a local 17 year old and a recent graduate of Sisters High School. Her art is currently on display in the Sisters Ranger District headquarters, and her previous work "Just a Girl on a Horse in a Field" was recently auctioned at the Sisters Rodeo. Olive will attend the University of Victoria this fall, where she plans to major in psychology and minor in art. You can find more of her work on Instagram – @olivemorris_art.
