The International Dance Commission (IDC) is a nonprofit 501c3 celebrating 25 years of training and equipping youth, and we are paying it forward to the next 25 generations!

IDC 50 K Challenge our Youth Initiative Boss-Sis that empowers 150 young black females ages 16-21 by providing them with the tools they need for success, we go beyond traditional training, offering a comprehensive program that includes, Empowering Young Black Women:

Job Readiness Training, IBM Certifications, Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy

Soft learning skill like resume writing and interviewing,

Tech skills and crucial life skills workshops focusing on organization.

Financial literacy and career placement assistance.
