In 2022, we launched the Save the Sanctuary Capital Campaign to support the purchase of the Sanctuary from the building owners for $550,000.
YEAR 1: $100,000+ RAISED
- 5PTS makes down payment of $100k towards the $550k; Lease extended for 3 years.
- 5PTS agrees to provide another downpayment in 2023 and secure financing for the remaining by Jan. 2025.
YEAR 2: $40,000+ RAISED
- 5PTS makes an additional $50k down payment.
YEAR 3:
- At the end of 2024, our 3 year lease will end in which we are working with several local banks to secure financing for the remaining balance.
- BALANCE OWED: $400k

Today, we are closing in on our final push to make this dream a reality. We have received support from over 500 donors in the last 3 years with an average donation of $300. Today, we need that same level of support to complete the process.

We have come so far as an organization and we need your financial support more than ever if we are to continue our mission of pursuing the power of sound through live events, music therapy, hearing loss advocacy, and accessibility initiatives.
