Dinner Entrées
Each of the evening's entrées are served with Saffron Risotto and Fagiolini (String Bean) Marinara.

Salmon al Forno with Fennel– Oven-roasted salmon fillet baked to perfection with aromatic fennel, garlic, and tomatoes.

Pollo al Limone – Tender, pan-seared chicken breast bathed in a luscious lemon-white wine sauce, infused with garlic, capers, and fresh herbs.

Beef Braciole – Tender, thinly sliced beef rolled with a savory filling of garlic, herbs, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and breadcrumbs, then slow-braised in a rich tomato sauce.
