The World Museum of Mining is excited to announce our National Miner's Day fundraising campaign and auction! This year, we are aiming to raise $5,900 in honor of our 59th year of preserving and sharing the rich history of Butte, Montana. Our goal is to continue our mission of educating the public about the significant mining heritage that has shaped our community and the world.

The National Miner's Day auction features a variety of unique and valuable items, including vintage stereoscopes, handcrafted wall quilts, and stunning mineral specimens. All proceeds from the auction will go directly to supporting the World Museum of Mining's ongoing projects, such as the preservation of the Orphan Girl 100 ft level shaft station, the construction of the new Mining Heritage Center, and the creation of engaging exhibits that bring history to life.
