The PPGS Virtual Book Sale will run from 8 am Saturday, January 3, 2026 to 5 pm Saturday, January 17, 2026. All funds raised will be used to support PPGS programs/activities including hiring speakers, educational programs, and events like the holiday party. Additional donations above your bid price are welcome and will also be applied in the same manner.

Note: Items can be previewed as soon as you access the site from the link, but you will have to register to bid, and bids will only be accepted during the official time window of the sale.

Note: By using this site for our sale, you will be getting automatic outbid notices. Pay attention to the email that you register with for these notices.

Note: GiveButter does not yet support payment by cash or checks in an automated manner. Please set up to use a credit card, PayPal account or similar if you are comfortable with doing so. This would be the preferred method of payment. If not, you can still pay by cash or check but your book sale Coordinator will then need to enter the payment manually - can be done, just more work at the Coordinator's end of things.

Note: This sale is set up to include an OPTIONAL donor tip that helps to cover processing fees and site operations. This is how Givebutter provides this service free to non-profits.

Note: GiveButter does not yet support the aggregation of shipping when multiple items are won by a single bidder, so all items are listed without shipping charges. Shipping will still need to be paid by the bid winner but will be calculated after the end of the sale when things have been packaged up for shipment - just like it has been in the past when the sale was done through the website. Many books can be difficult to classify into just one category, so be sure to check out all of the categories so that you don't miss something of interest. For instance, you will find craft books in Native American as well as in Cooking, Gardening & Nature, Crafts.

Each listing contains information for the title/description, author/editor, publisher, publication date, book type (hardbound, softbound, other), content notes, and number of pages (where applicable). For some books, a note on the condition of the item will be given where issues beyond normal age-related wear and tear are noted. With a few exceptions, all items are used and should be expected to show normal wear and tear including possible writing/highlighting by previous owners. For some items (books) there may also be links to articles either specific to the book, general information about the subject of the book and/or the author(s). Where available, a link to the book on Amazon is provided for you to see more information on the book and its reviews (where available). Links to Amazon are to the specific edition where possible, but may be to more recent editions when the edition for sale is not given (generally because of its age). Where an information line for Amazon is not present in an entry, no edition of the book could be found at the site. The presence of a listing in the sale does not imply any endorsement by PPGS of the contents of the listed material.
