The African American Women's Trucking Association (AAWTA) is the first 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization that is solely dedicated to empowering the demographics of African Americans and women of Color in the trucking industry.
The African American Women Trucking Association (AAWTA) addresses the unique challenges African American Women face in the trucking industry. These challenges include discrimination, lack of representation, lack of support, and limited access to training and job opportunities.
