AFA Golf Classic 2026

The AFA Golf Classic brings the community together to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s and dementia, while also raising funds to provide support services for families affected by these conditions.

Golfers and attendees will enjoy an eventful day at one of Long Island’s most prestigious private clubs followed by a cocktail reception and dinner, awards presentation, silent auction, and more.
