5:00pm VIP* Bus Park & Ride: All VIP ticket holders may park at Westminster Presbyterian Church (3900 West End Ave Nashville, TN 37205; please park in the lower lot off Mayfair Rd) and be transported to the event venue in a mini bus courtesy of Gray Line Tennessee. Give the parking volunteer your name upon arrival and you will be directed to a special VIP parking area. VIPs also enjoy premiere seating areas plus a VIP only dedicated bar. *VIPs are defined as: guests of $10,000 and up sponsors or individuals who purchased the $500 VIP ticket. VIP guests will receive an email on Monday, October 21st with more details. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on silent auction and purchase official Alive & The Bluebird merch. 7:15pm Guests make their way to the pavilion for the start of the program and concert. During a short intermission, guests can participate in an exciting live auction. 9:30pm The evening concludes. Golf cart shuttles available to escort guests to their cars. Attire: This night will be a down-home good time at the farm. Dress to show off your farm chic… You might get a little dirt on your boots! Accessibility: Handicap parking and accommodations are available. Golf cart shuttles will be running all night to take you and your guests to and from your vehicle and up to the pavilion from the lawn area if needed.
