Worldwide, 55 million people are living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, including more than 6.9 million Americans. In addition, over 11 million Americans are providing unpaid care to individuals with the disease.

This is our fourth year hosting Team MPCC. Our fundraiser is open to the public, has more than 200 participants and is held at three different venues: Myer's Park Country Club (MPCC), Charlotte Country Club, and Carmel Country Club.

Over the past three years, Team MPCC has donated $42,231 to the Alzheimer's Association. In 2024, Charlotte's The Longest Day Fundraiser was the #5 group in the US with a combined total donation of $65,309 to the Alzheimer’s Association. More impressively, to date we have donated $196,469 to The Alzheimer’s Association.
