Belinda Carlisle's Birthday Party in aid of Animal People Alliance returns to the world famous Royal Vauxhall Tavern on 28th August 2025!

GENERAL ADMISSION DOORS OPEN AT AROUND 6pm.

As the RVT is a nightclub, the dancing goes on until late! The event will close with a set from DU Nick Shepherdson and finish at or around midnight.

100% of all ticket sales and donations on the evening will go to APA. The mission of Belinda’s own co-founded charity is to provide high quality and compassionate care, of the highest standards, to neglected street animals in India and Thailand. They train and employ vulnerable people from the community, and pay living wages that help them improve their standard of living, thereby addressing two issues simultaneously.

Founded in 2016, Animal People Alliance Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation dedicated to transforming animal welfare while empowering communities through sustainable initiatives. Operating in Kolkata, India, and Chiang Rai, Thailand, we address urgent animal care needs, provide life-saving treatments, and promote humane practices.

In Kolkata, our mobile animal ambulance delivers critical care to street animals, including vaccinations and mass rabies and parvo programmes. In Chiang Rai, we manage a sanctuary and rehabilitation centre, offering adoption services, sterilisation, and care for rescued animals, while also aiding underserved tribal villages with free treatments and education on animal welfare.

Empowering communities is at the heart of our mission. Over 75% of our staff are women from marginalised backgrounds, creating a diverse and impactful team.
