We have are created this auction and fundraiser on behalf of Drake in an effort to help her raise the money needed to purchase her family home. The home she has been living in, caretaking and maintaining.

Medical emergencies hit Drake's family without warning amidst Covid and her Mother's heath was affected. This is why we are here. Drake's name was not on the deed, and now she is struggling to come up with the money to pay closing costs to purchase her family home as if she was any other person shopping todays competitive real estate market. With money struggles in these pandemic years, paycheck to paycheck, keeping her head just above water, there is nothing left of her savings. Being single, educated, and having no children, she does not qualify for any goverment help. She found out this week that she has three weeks left to raise money for her cause. This is why we have created this auction site and are reaching out to you. It is a very hard situation and we want help Drake stay in her home.

*Update* The county requires the septic be updated before the sale can happen. The new septic comes in at $29,000. It hasnt failed; just out of date for their liking. And because septic can't be done in winter, any money that had been raised before this update was used towards the extra insurance she was required to get until it is done. Anything extra raised will go into this septic system.
