Baypoint Preparatory Academy, a free charter school dedicated to providing a rigorous college preparatory curriculum to its diverse student body, is thrilled to invite you to our annual Fall Carnival & Silent Auction with Trunk or Treat! This event promises fun for all ages, including a Trunk or Treat experience that’s sure to delight our younger guests. Join us for an exciting day of games, treats, and bidding, all while supporting our talented students!

Date: October 18, 2024
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Join us for an evening filled with games, activities, delicious treats, and exciting booths at the Fall Carnival! From classic carnival games to interactive activities, there's something for everyone. Instead of using regular money, we’ll be using Carnival Cash to keep the fun going!

Carnival Cash
Skip the lines and make the most of your carnival experience by purchasing Carnival Cash in advance!

**How It Works:**
Purchase Carnival Cash: You can buy it at designated stations during the event or pre-purchase it online.
Spend Your Carnival Cash: Use it for games, activities, and treats at any of the booths.
Have More Fun:The more Carnival Cash you have, the more you can enjoy!

**Pre-Purchase Bonus:**
For every $20 you buy before October 15, you’ll receive $5 extra Carnival Cash for free!

Grab your wristband early for just $5 if you buy before October 17 and enjoy unlimited bounces.

**Delivery Information:**
Purchases made by October 16 will be delivered during afterschool pick-up
Purchases made on October 17 or after will be available at Will Call at the Carnival.

Silent Auction
Start Date: October 13, 2024, at 8 a.m. (Online)
End Date: October 18, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. (Online and In-Person during the carnival)

Our Silent Auction features incredible items up for grabs! The auction opens online at 8 a.m. on October 13 and concludes at 7:30 p.m. on October 18. During the Fall Carnival on October 18, you can place bids both online and in-person from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Highest bids by 7:30 p.m. will win! Winning bidders will be contacted within 72 hours and will have 48 hours to pay and pick up their items. If payment isn’t received, the next highest bidder will be contacted. You don’t need to be present at the carnival to win—but we’d love to see you there!

Trunk or Treat
Date: October 18, 2024
Time: 7:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.

We’re excited to host a Trunk or Treat from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM, kids can enjoy a safe and festive trick-or-treating experience in our parking lot. Decorated car trunks will be filled with treats, and families are encouraged to come in costume and join the fun! Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity for children to collect goodies while celebrating the spirit of Halloween in a friendly environment.

NOTE:

All sales are final, there are no exchanges, and all items, which are brand new, are sold as is. There are no refunds after you bid and win the prize. Bidders are responsible for purchasing the items they bid on if they have the winning bid. Bidders assume all risks and hazards related to the silent auction and items. If any item is left unclaimed with 48 hours of the silent auction, it will become property of the organization and may be resold in a future silent auction.
