Story
About Us
Founded in 1901, HSCC has been serving both animals and people for 123 years. We care for thousands of animals each year and welcome as many as 25,000 visitors annually. Our mission is to ensure that every pet has a loving home and that every pet owner has access to the resources they need to give those pets happy, healthy lives.
About the Event
HSCC’s new signature event, Black Tie & Tails Benefit, will roll out the red carpet on June 9, 2023 at Hula. Please join us to celebrate the power of the human-animal bond while having a ball at Vermont’s most paw-some fundraiser of the year! Attendees will enjoy light hors-d'œuvres and signature cocktails from bevo, live art, and entertainment by DJ Rome, while supporting the many programs and services offered at our 123-year-old animal shelter. All funds raised will support the Humane Society’s critical community programs focused on keeping people and their pets together.
Hosted by Kim Anderson and Ryan Addario, with special guest WCAX news anchor Cat Viglienzoni!
