Established in 2009 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit dance company, Ballet Frontier is committed to delivering transformative cultural experiences that combine artistic excellence, exceptional talent, and world-class choreography. Each season, Ballet Frontier delights audiences across North Texas with annual productions of The Nutcracker, a dynamic mix of classical and contemporary works in the fall and spring, and grand classical productions each Valentine's Day.

Ballet Frontier is proud to be a member of the Texas Commission on the Arts Touring Roster for 2025–2026, bringing high-caliber performances to communities across the state. The company tours The Nutcracker to several Texas cities each year, including a celebrated collaboration with the Waco Symphony Orchestra.

Beyond the stage, Ballet Frontier is deeply committed to making the art of ballet accessible to all—especially under-served populations. Outreach initiatives include Dance Without Borders, Nutcracker School Shows (presenting Act II of The Nutcracker to area Title I schools), and My First Ballet (bringing a 20-minute excerpt from upcoming shows and interactive Q&A sessions directly to local schools). Collaborations with the Fort Worth Youth Orchestra further enrich the cultural landscape, combining live music and dance in unforgettable performances.
