The Bancroft Fire Department is fundraising for the construction of a new fire station building. Unfortunately we are going to be forced to vacate our current building by spring of 2029 as the City of Bancroft needs the property to complete electrical power infrastructure upgrades. We need to raise nearly 1 million dollars for the construction of a new building, which will need to be built in late 2028. Please bid early, bid often, every bid helps us to reach our goal! Our Fire Department Social will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 5-10pm. A whole Hog BBQ as well as smoked chicken hind quarters along with sides and dessert begins at 5pm with Mojo Productions providing entertainment throughout the evening. We will be drawing for our raffles - A Pallet of beer or $2,000, A Pallet of S&B Products, and a Half of Beef including processing! See you there!
