HELP US MEET OUR ANNUAL GOAL OF $50,000

Players, parents, and friends of South Meck baseball,

Join us on Monday, February 24th from 6-8pm at Middle James Brewery for a South Meck Baseball season opener dinner and Fundraiser.

$40 per person entry ticket includes dinner, meet and greet with our 2025 Saber baseball team, and opportunity to see the auction items in person and put in your final bids. 2025 Team members eat free.

Also, $1.00 of every beer sold from Middle James Brewery goes back to South Meck baseball!

There are other ways to give to support individual players and the baseball program.

Make a donation to sponsor a player or to help purchase equipment.
Bid on an auction item (auction opens for bids 2/17 and closes at 7:30pm on 2/24). You do not need to be present to win.

We are hoping to raise $25,000 from this event to help get us halfway to our $50,000 goal.

Where are funds used?

Support the annual program expenses to:

Maintain quality field (grass, dirt, etc)
Refreshed dugout painting
Fund pre-game meals and/or snacks
New uniforms

Invest for the BEST brand-new field starting in ’26-27 year

Baseball fields will be removed in summer of 2025 and now is the time to start funding the future Sabre Field.

Future funds may be used for:

Interim alternative practice/game solutions in 25-26 season
Locker Room Building
Rebuild fence
Trackman (more data helps all players)
Video System in Stadium
