WHAT IS THE BASH?
The PS3 Benefit Bash is our biggest fundraising event of the year — a joyful night that brings together parents, teachers, neighbors, and friends of PS3. It’s a celebration and a community-powered auction, featuring music (yes, a PS3 parent band), great food and drinks, surprises, and lots of West Village spirit. Most importantly, it’s how we show appreciation for our teachers and caregivers while investing back into the school and broader community.

Think: party with purpose.

WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
When you sponsor the Bash, you’re not just supporting an event —you’re investing in our school, our teachers, and the future of our kids. 💛 While we work hard to keep costs low, every dollar spent on production is a dollar not raised for the school. Sponsorships help offset event costs so 100% of proceeds go directly back to PS3, funding the programs that make our school a magical, safe, and deeply loving hub where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Sponsoring the PS3 Benefit Bash is a meaningful way to support public education while connecting with one of the most engaged communities in the West Village.

WHERE THE MONEY GOES
💛 100% of proceeds go directly to PS3. Funds raised support the programs that make PS3 a magical, safe, and deeply loving hub where children can learn, grow, and thrive — including arts education, wellness, movement, and hands-on learning experiences that shape our kids every day. When you support the Bash, you’re not just sponsoring a party, you’re investing in a school community that truly cares for its children.

Money raised from the Benefit Bash and Auction is used to support these essential programs at PS3:

Art, Clay, Dance and Music
Partnership with the Whitney Museum of Art
Cooking Labs, healthier food, and a visiting Chef with Wellness in the Schools (WITS)
Support for Physical Education and active recess time with Kids in the Game
STEAM curriculum with Science/Technology/Engineering/Art/Math assemblies
