Spring means it is time to celebrate many birthdays at the Prosimian Sanctuary! As seasonal breeders, most lemur births in the northern hemisphere occur in April or May, so what better time to celebrate ALL of the Prosimian Sanctuary residents! Here is a list of ages.

We kick off Happy BirthMay with our fund-a-need auction to provide enrichment and other items for the Prosimian Sanctuary residents. Your purchase is used to buy special items that encourage natural behavior and curiosity by the lemurs as well as supplies needed to provide professional care. In exchange for your generous donation, EPF will send you photos and/or videos of your item(s) in use and the lemurs who benefit.

May 1st is the birthday of EPF's founder, Tracy Fenn. Each year, she dedicates the day to raising money for the sanctuary's resident lemurs. Tracy shares a birthday with a special Ring-tailed lemur named Google, who turns 14 years old this year. Google is the most popular resident with three sponsors dedicated to funding his lifelong care and many other admirers, but not all of the lemurs get as much attention as Google. Please consider donating to Tracy and Google's Birthday Fundraiser for the lemurs of the Prosimian Sanctuary!

On May 14th, Endangered Primate Foundation turns 22 years old! We were incorporated in 2002.
