"How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world." - Anne Frank Due to the size and complexity of the event, we ask that all Volunteers make plans to attend one of VOLUNTEER MEETINGS planned 2 weeks prior to the event. There will be a meeting on Monday, April 24th at the Ranch at the Indoor Arena at 6:00 PM. There is one other meeting planned for Thursday, April 27th at the ranch at the indoor arena. This meeting will take place @ 6:00 PM. Both meetings will last an hour at the most. PLEASE NOTE: You are only required to be at one of these meetings, but PLEASE attend one. On the night of the event, you will know your check-in time from the previous Volunteer Meeting.
