For thirty years, the Early Learning Center of St. Mark Presbyterian Church has been a place where young children discover, grow, and thrive. What began as a small ministry rooted in faith and service has grown into a trusted and beloved early childhood program serving Boerne and the surrounding communities.

Each year, the Early Learning Center opens its doors to 108 children, welcoming children ages 18 months through 5 years into a warm, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Families know that when they walk into our school, they are greeted not only with learning opportunities, but with genuine care, encouragement, and community.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our long-standing accreditations and recognitions. For 20 years, we have proudly maintained our NAEYC Accreditation, a distinction awarded to only the highest-quality early childhood programs nationwide. We are also honored to be a 4-Star Texas Rising Star School, the highest rating within the state’s quality program. These achievements demonstrate our dedication to providing intentional, developmentally appropriate, and compassionate education for every child.

At the heart of everything we do is our mission: to nurture young children through a Christian-based program of excellence, helping to develop the skills they need to reach their highest potential—both within the educational system and as confident, caring human beings. This mission guides our classrooms, shapes our curriculum, and inspires our teachers as they support each child’s individual growth.

Over the past three decades, we have watched thousands of young learners take their first steps into independence—discovering new abilities, building friendships, and forming a foundation of faith and curiosity that stays with them long after they leave our classrooms. We are honored to walk alongside families during these formative years, and we are grateful for the trust this community continues to place in us.
