Hello! I'm Rubie Hervey, founder of Caring Angels, Inc. With a deep passion for community empowerment and educational equity, I created this program to equip Flint’s youth with the essential skills they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world. Through the Financial Literacy, Investing & STEM Youth Empowerment Program, we provide youth with innovative learning tools to develop financial literacy and STEAM skills—essential for navigating the modern workforce.
