MISSION & HISTORY.

Founded in 2021, the Children's International Rescue Foundation was created by a group of friends with a passion for protecting children and a background in law enforcement special operations. CIRF is a non-profit organization that strives to rescue children who have been dehumanized and exploited by dangerous organizations. We are high-risk humanitarians dedicated to partnering with local authorities to locate and safely retrieve these children to ensure they receive the care and support they desperately need. We strive to follow the example of our Savior Jesus Christ to rescue the weak and the needy from the hand of the wicked and pray for the safety of children worldwide.

At Children’s International Rescue Foundation we believe that all children, regardless of their background, have the potential to lead successful, fulfilling lives. We are committed to providing the resources and support necessary to help children overcome the challenges they face. Through our programs and services, we seek to empower children and give them a chance to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
