Men's Mental Health Awareness Month

Men are often the silent sufferers, so this month we're giving them the spaces to share, be seen, and feel supported through community, conversations, and movement.

Help us put an end to the stigma, shame and isolation by sharing a 10-30s video tagging @questinrecovery on instagram answering the question: "Why does men's mental health matter to you?"

All events are free and open to anyone, except the Men’s Only class on Nov 20.

Why we’re doing this:
• 1 in 4 adults in the U.S. will experience a mental health problem in a given year
• In America, 4 out of 5 suicides are men
• Every day, 90 American men die by suicide
• Every minute, somewhere in the world, a man takes his own life, and that is 60 men per hour.

Our Mission:

We believe our greatest resilience to adversity comes from forging community.

We strengthen the mental fitness of young adults by providing free group recreation, community building on college campuses, and service campaigns in the community to combat loneliness, suicide, and addiction.
