Covid Safe Colorado is a mutual aid group that distributes free masks, information, and other tools for keeping the Colorado community safe from COVID-19, other airborne viruses, and airborne pollutants such as wildfire smoke.

We've been around since June 2023, and since that time we have distributed 20,000+ masks and 3,000 rapid tests. We hosted numerous events, both online and in person, and we have partnered with many local organizations, including Food Not Bombs, Mutual Aid Mondays, and Jewish Voices for Peace.

Our group is queer and trans led, and many folks in our organization are also chronically ill and disabled.

We are raising funds to increase our offerings, including a masked Pride event this June. We are also working on creating sample packs of masks for adults and kids, purchasing more kids masks. a wider diversity of adult masks, and Fix the Mask braces for surgical masks.
