The Crockett Band Parents Association is excited to present our Holiday Silent Auction, benefitting the Crockett Cougar Band.

This Holiday Silent Auction is a fundraising opportunity to enhance our music program. Generous contributions from community businesses are available for purchase, with every winning bid directly supporting our student musicians. The funds raised are vital in providing high-quality instruments, supplemental music education, meals, equipment, travel expenses, and competition costs. Moreover, these funds will help students in need, ensuring that each of our musicians can access a quality music education. By participating in this auction, you play an integral role in enriching our students’ musical journeys and expanding opportunities that go beyond the limitations of our Title I funding.

Here are the important details:

Bidding Dates: Bidding opens at noon on December 10, 2024, and closes at noon on December 19, 2024.

Viewing Items: Auction items and descriptions are available on our auction site.
In addition, auction items will be on display at the Crockett Band Holiday Showcase on December 18 at 6:30 pm.

Online Bidding: Bidding and payment are available using our online auction site. You can register, check the auction progress, and make final payments here on our auction website.

Item Pickup: Winners can collect their items at the Crockett Band Hall on December 19 and 20, or request delivery within 10 miles of 78745.

It is important to highlight that the Crockett Band Parents Association (CBPA) is recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, making your auction purchases potentially tax-deductible as permitted by law.
