We are excited to share details on Mask Fur Aid (fun play on Masquerade) - the PAWTY of the Season! Enjoy an evening with fellow animal lovers in costume, music, dancing, food, drinks and amazing auction items, all to benefit the rescue animals of the Coastal Animal Rescue Effort (C.A.R.E.) This year's MaskFurAid Pawty will be held on Friday October 25th at 7pm at the Terraces on Sir Tyler here in Wilmington. We will have food, drinks, silent auction, photo booth, ice sculptures and luge, covetable live auction items as well as prizes for the most creative masquerade attire.

C.A.R.E's immediate goal is to continue to utilize funds raised to help the injured stray and unwanted pets in our community by meeting their medical, behavioral and social needs. C.A.R.E.'s long-term goal is a $2 million project to build the first veterinarian-run no-kill animal shelter in our area. In order for us to accomplish these goals, we need your help! Your ticket to this special event immediately impacts the animals currently at the Atlantic Animal Hospital C.A.R.E. facility. To date, we have helped nearly 200 animals, not to mention, donated to help animals in areas of natural disasters throughout the country.
