You are invited to attend and participate in Northwest CLT Corporation’s inaugural fundraising event on Sunday, October 8 th. This event will feature a silent auction of sculptured works by Germantown artist, Nancy-Ellen Churchville, private photography sessions, ballet tickets, and much more, along with other opportunities for you to contribute to NWCLT’s work.
All proceeds from the event will go to Northwest CLT Corporation’s fund to acquire property on which to build its first multifamily affordable housing development project.
NWCLT was formed 2 years ago in response to the housing affordability crisis in the Germantown/Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. (See our website for more details: www.northwestclt.org.)
Northwest CLT Corporation (NWCLT) is a federally tax-exempt charitable organization under §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our mission is to provide affordable rental and homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income people, while preserving the quality and affordability of these homes and apartments for future generations.
