The Davis Magnet School Education Foundation is pleased to announce that we are hosting the
Davis Magnet Gala, The Davis Derby, on Saturday, May 4, 2024, to support the students at
Davis Magnet Elementary. The funds raised will supplement and enhance the academic, artistic,
athletic, social and emotional development of our students, and we could greatly use your
support.

Located in Costa Mesa, CA, Davis Magnet Elementary School is a public school within the
Newport-Mesa Unified School District. Established in 2009 as a math, science, and technology
magnet school, Davis serves over 600 students who travel to campus from the surrounding areas
and across all walks of life. Davis has been repeatedly recognized as a Blue Ribbon school in
Orange County, in large part because its teachers and staff are dedicated to developing an
engaging, hands-on learning environment in earnest regard for our children’s ability to grow and
thrive.

The success of this event is entirely dependent upon the support of our community. Your contribution and donations will allow for the purchase of learning tools such as learning software, support staff, supplies and more.
