Here you will find details and information about our Dink and Dive Pickleball tournament that we hope becomes a yearly event.

Because we're Adapt-Able Scuba and we provide opportunities to the disabled community, it made sense for us that our tournament was open to adaptive pickleball players as well. In that spirit, the Dink and Dive tournament is conceived from the notion of hybrid play in which abled-bodied and disabled players play in the same brackets.

The tournament will take place on August 13th 2023 at Chicken n’ Pickle Grapevine, save the date by clicking on the calendar above!

In 2023 we will organize two play categories:

1. Hybrid-Competitive: Able-bodied players and adaptive players play together based on rules of adaptive pickleball – we will report this category to DUPR
2. A social category: Just for fun and bragging rights.

If you're not familiar with Pickleball, or you are an avid player but have questions about Adaptive rules in Pickleball, we will host a Social giving night at Chicken n' Pickle in which a Pro will explain, and we will also be talking about the foundation - Please join us then as well!

We appreciate your interest and empathy and extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who signs up to donate to our cause.

Come play with us in the Hybrid Pickleball tournament on August 13th at 1PM, hosted at Chicken n Pickle grapevine

What is this fundraising for?

Glad you asked.

Your support allows us to continue providing life-changing opportunities to individuals with disabilities. It is because of your generosity that we are able to host events like this tournament, which raises awareness and funds for our Adapt-Able Foundation scuba programs.

Our scuba programs are designed to give individuals with disabilities the opportunity to experience the beauty and freedom of the underwater world. Through scuba diving, we are able to provide a unique sense of independence, mobility, and confidence to our participants. Scuba diving allows individuals with disabilities to overcome barriers that they may have never thought possible, and to discover new abilities they never knew they had.

Our scuba programs are led by experienced and certified scuba professionals and assisted by certified dive buddies who are specially trained to work with individuals with disabilities. They are patient, understanding, and committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

By participating in the Adapt-Able Pickleball Tournament, you are supporting our mission to empower individuals with disabilities to discover their full potential through scuba diving. We hope that you will join us in this journey and help us make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

If you have already read this far, go to our Adapt-Able foundation website, maybe you’ll find more interesting opportunities to enjoy the underwater world or learn something new that you can share with friends and family. Thank you again for your generosity and support. We couldn’t do it without you.
