ELEVATE recognizes that many individuals experiencing homelessness also grapple with mental health challenges, compounded by the lack of access to vital resources and support systems. We understand the daunting task of navigating the maze of bureaucracy to access Social Security Disability benefits, a lifeline for so many experiencing homelessness.

At ELEVATE, we believe in the transformative power of education. That's why we've pioneered a groundbreaking initiative: our Social Security Disability Case Management Career Training program. This innovative program not only addresses the critical need for support among individuals experiencing homelessness anywhere in the USA but also provides an avenue for meaningful engagement through professional skill development for program participants.

What truly sets our program apart is its unique approach. Instead of relying solely on professional caseworkers, we harness the power of peer support and community engagement. Program participants, many of whom have personal experience with housing instability or disability, step into the role of trained case managers, working directly with individuals in need. By entrusting program participants with the responsibility of managing disability cases, we're able to reach a larger number of individuals in need than ever before.
