ACTIVITIES
50/50 Raffle - $20 per necklace gets you a number into the raffle to split the 50/50 pot! Only 120 necklaces available. Cash, Venmo and Givebutter payments will be accepted. If you pay with Venmo or Givebutter, a volunteer will ask you to verify your payment by showing a receipt on your mobile device. *You must be present at the event to purchase tickets or win the raffle*

Heads/Tails - $30 per table or $5 per person to win bragging rights and an amazing prize.

Mulligans - $20 for 8 mulligans (1 each round).

Double Your Score - $20 for the ability to double your score on a round you know you aced! (1 per table)

Gift Card Punch - $10 for a punch to try your luck at a gift card valued at least $10.

Wine Pull - $10 to try your luck on pulling a bottle of wine.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS -
5:30pm: Doors open - Scope out Silent Auction, grab a drink, setup your table, buy Mulligans and Double Your Score sticker

6:30 pm: Trivia Starts!

8:45 pm: Silent Auction Ends

10:00 pm: Trivia Ends

AUCTION RULES -

The silent auction is online and will open for bidding at Noon on Friday, March 6th. All bidding will be mobile or online and attendance at the Spring Fundraiser is not required to win (raffles excluded). Volunteers will be available to assist you with questions about mobile bidding. Doing so constitutes a legal contract to purchase that silent auction item at the price you entered if your bid is the winning bid. The auction ends at 8:45 pm on Saturday, March 7th at which time all packages will be distributed to the highest bidders.

Payment and Pick-Up of Auction Items
All items must be paid for by the end of the evening. For your convenience, we gladly accept cash, check, AMEX, VISA, MC, and Discover. We encourage you to enter your credit card information into your mobile bidding profile; if your card information is entered the card will be charged automatically, and a receipt emailed to you. To claim your item, please head to the information table. This process may take a bit - be patient with us! If you are not at the Trivia but have the highest bid, you must pay by credit card and will be contacted to arrange a time for pickup.

Edgar Road Elementary PTO is a volunteer organization that sponsors enrichment, social, and fundraising activities for our students, faculty and families. All donations help support the school, teachers and students through grants that all administration can submit.
