Hope for Tomorrow: Changing Lives, One Session at a Time

It’s a powerful, paralyzing feeling. Both for kids struggling with their emotions and for those desperately trying to help them navigate life’s challenges. Not knowing where to turn or how to begin can feel overwhelming, especially when a child is battling thoughts of suicide. But there is hope.

At Rise Against Suicide, we are dedicated to ensuring that no child faces their mental health struggles alone. Serving Boulder, Longmont, and the surrounding areas, we connect youth (ages 19 and under) with trained therapists who provide critical support and guidance. Since 2009, we have helped more than 2,200 young people by covering the cost of over 18,470 therapy sessions. Finances or access should never stand in the way of healing.

Because every child deserves the chance to heal.

At Rise, we remove every barrier to care. Whether it’s cost, transportation, or systemic obstacles. We fund up to ten therapy sessions for each child in need. And if more help is necessary, we step in to make it happen. Our mission is simple but life-changing: to give young people the tools and support they need to see tomorrow with hope.

Through our work, we empower kids not just to survive, but to heal, grow, and rediscover the possibility of a brighter future. Together, we can ensure that every child gets the help they deserve. No one should ever have to struggle alone.
