We'll kick off Mental Health Awareness month on May 1st by raising much-needed funds for SYFS. While our mission is serious, it's also vital to us all to embrace fun and joy for our own wellness--so breakout your best large hat, bowties, or pastels!

As you know, SYFS removes barriers so that youth and their families can access mental health counseling. We believe getting counseling when you need it should be a right, not a privilege. We provide local, timely, high-quality counseling, as well as place-based support in schools and mental health first aid training across many communities. All of these services area needed more than ever! Your support of the Off & Running event will mean we can help every young person or parent who walks through our door.
