This spring, the Country Children’s Center Board of Directors is delighted to host our 3rd Annual Spring Fling—an evening that has grown into a cherished tradition of connection, celebration, and support. More than a fundraiser, Spring Fling brings together families, alumni, and community partners to strengthen the bonds that make Country Children’s Center such a special place.

This year’s event will be especially meaningful as we honor the remarkable legacy of Polly Peace, who served as Director of Country Children’s Center for an extraordinary 38 years. Through her dedication and leadership, Polly helped shape the Center into the trusted, nurturing community it is today, positively impacting generations of children and families across the county. Her contributions have been widely recognized by both the community and local government, and we are honored to celebrate her as she embarks on her retirement.

Founded in 1967, Country Children’s Center is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) daycare center, licensed by the New York State Department of Social Services and accredited by NAEYC in Washington, D.C. We provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care year-round for infants through school-age children, supporting working families throughout Northern Westchester and surrounding communities.

CCC is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors composed of parents, community members, and local professionals who are deeply committed to the well-being and success of every child we serve.

While tuition supports much of our work, it does not fully cover the cost of operating and enriching our programs. Events like Spring Fling—along with community donations and grants—are essential in helping us bridge that gap and continue delivering the exceptional care and education our families depend on. Proceeds from this year’s Spring Fling will directly support the organization’s Capital Improvement Fund.
