The Financial Literacy Youth (FLY) Initiative is a Rhode Island-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides financial literacy education to underserved communities across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York.

Founded by Marcy Reyes in 2017, The FLY Initiative has empowered over 8,500 students and historically underserved youth with culturally relevant, trauma-informed financial literacy programming. Unlike traditional programs, The FLY Initiative delivers a year-long, comprehensive curriculum that empowers students to make informed decisions and build generational wealth.
